Pumpkin Coco

Perfect sugar free pumpkin coco drink.

This is the time of year when the fall breeze starts to come and that autumn smell is in the air. So of course in the evening you may want a warm cozy drink. But why just stick to the traditional hot cocoa, why not put a twist on it? I have for you here a tasty pumpkin coco recipe that will fulfill that warm drink craving. Give it a try and I hope you enjoy it.

 

Pumpkin Coco Ingredients:

10 oz. milk

1 ½ Tbsp. Cocoa powder

4 Tbps. Stevia sweet

1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree


Whipped Cream:

1 cup whipping cream

1/8 cup stevia

1/8 cup xylitol


Directions:

In a medium pot combine all of the ingredients and stir until everything is combined. While it is getting hot you can make some delicious whipped cream. Place all of the whipped cream ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until it begins to get stiff. Swirl a little bit of cocoa powder into the whipped cream. Now pour the pumpkin coco into a mug and top it with the whipped cream. A great fall drink is now ready.


Tips:

If you want this to be made with real sugar just use 2 Tbsp. in the cocoa. For the whipped cream substitute it for powdered sugar to taste.
