Keto Protein Coffee

Great protein boost for your morning.




 

I recently have noticed that I need more protein in my day. This coffee recipe is great for a morning boost of protein. I have felt so much better since drinking it. I have more energy and it curbs hunger as well which is great for wight loss. You can have fun with this too and add flavors of even some cocoa powder.


Ingredients:

10 ounces of your favorite coffee of tea

Sweeten to taste I use 2 Tbsp. of stevia

3 Tbsp. of protein powder

2 Tbsp. creamer


Place all of the ingredients in a blender or a milk frother. Blend until all of the protein powder is dissolved. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy this yummy protein boost.
